Javier Spyker is an established attorney who  focuses in the areas of estate planning, probate, and advising small businesses.  In addition, Javier also manages a portfolio of real estate business clients and facilitates the sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties.  Javier received his undergraduate degree from Portland State University and his law degree from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.  Javier is licensed to practice in Oregon.

Javier is recognized for his expertise in trust and estate matters and his unwavering commitment to access to justice. From 2021 to 2022, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Wills and Trusts at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. More recently, he returned to his alma mater, Willamette University College of Law, to teach Wills and Trusts as an Adjunct Professor.

 

Javier is deeply passionate about fostering community engagement and civic participation. He has previously served on the Diversity and Inclusion Board of the Oregon State Bar, contributing to initiatives aimed at creating a more inclusive and equitable legal profession. In addition, he has held leadership roles on the executive boards of various nonprofits and civic organizations, including Habitat for Humanity. Formerly, he serves as Chair of the Board for the Washington County Law Library, reflecting his ongoing dedication to advancing legal education and improving access to resources for the broader community.
