Kathy has built a wealth of experience in corporate governance, property transactions, and regulatory compliance throughout her career. She currently supports attorneys by managing key estate and corporate governance documents and performing due diligence on property records, permits, and deeds, ensuring all transactions meet zoning and regulatory standards.

 

Her expertise in corporate governance and real estate has equipped her with the skills to manage complex documentation, coordinate compliance processes, and contribute to the seamless execution of transactions.

 

When she’s not working, Kathy enjoys traveling, attending music concerts, and exploring new restaurants in the area with her family and her Australian Labradoodle, Harper.
